Yes you can, there is an extra cost of +50€/month + 100€ setup.
Yes, inside office time there is no extra cost for simple remote hands, out of office time 200€ for 2 hours of work. Out of office time is from 18:00 to 9:00 Monday to Friday, and all day of the weekend.
Yes, you get a 10% discount on the second server and 15% on the next ones.
No, once we give you the credentials, you can change your password and we cannot access. It’s illegal for us to access customers’ equipment.
No, each server has a 1Gb port with 1Gb bandwidth, if you need more bandwidth we can give you an offer, but this would include a 10Gb port switch. Another option is to get a server with another extra 1Gb.
No, no permanence on our services, if you want to leave after one month you are free to go. But we hope you stay with us for a long time. 🙂
No, but if you are not a company with valid Vat number you will have to pay + 21% of taxes.
